- olive oil to cover

Simply follow these steps in order to make simple roasted carrots:

- Preheat the Oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare the Carrots
- wash the carrots and make sure most are evenly sized. Remove ones that are odd sized or cut in half to make them uniform in size.
- Season
- Place the carrots in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange on a Baking Tray
- Line the baking tray with parchment paper (optional for easy cleanup).
- Spread the carrots in a single layer, ensuring they’re not crowded.
- Roast
- Place in the oven and roast for 25-35 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- The carrots should be tender with golden, caramelized edges.
- Serve
- Remove from the oven, toss gently, and serve hot.
For extra depth, squeeze fresh lemon juice or sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving. Simple, flavorful, and perfectly roasted every time.
