- 750 gram chicken livers
- 30 gram salt
- 500 gram butter
- 12 small white onions, sliced
- 2 bayleaf
- 15 peppercorn, crushed

- high speed blender
- 2 sterile jars with lids
Useful guidelines
Ensure Proper Cooking: Cook the chicken livers until they are pink in the center and have set. Overcooking can result in a dry and grainy texture, so aim for just-cooked livers that are still slightly pink inside.
Directions
Simply follow these steps in order to make simple but perfectly creamy chicken liver paté:
Step 1
In a large and rather deep frying pan, melt the 500 grams of butter.
Step 2
Add the sliced onion, the salt, the pepper and the 2 bayleaf.
Step 3
Let the onions sweat until they are translucent, completely soft and sweet.
Step 4
Add in the livers and cook them until they are cooked but still rose on the inside
Step 5
In a powerful blender, in batched of abut 2 soup paddles each, blend the mixture and poor into the sterile jars.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve on toast!
Storage
Keeps in the fridge for 4 days. Stores in the freezer for 6 months.
