Coconut Marjoram Massage Oil

If you’ve got marjoram and a jar of coconut oil, you’ve got everything you need for this simple, healing massage oil. We use it often on the farm for tired knees, sore legs, and even for a calming pre-sleep ritual.

The trick is to gently heat the oil, blend the marjoram to release its compounds, and then strain. Store in a cool space or keep it bedside if you plan on using it regularly. It smells divine and works wonders on aches and tension.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I use dried marjoram?

A: Yes, though fresh provides a more vibrant infusion.

Q: What if it melts at room temp?

A: That’s normal. Coconut oil melts above 24°C (76°F).

Q: Can I use this on my face?

A: Spot test first—it’s best for body massage. But you can definitely use it on your face. Don’t put it on your face right before going into the strong sun
