The first week of February on the farm/homestead was another productive one. We celebrated Sophie’s birthday and we seeded all the seeds we needed to. We seeded; cabbage, palm cabbage, beetroot, chard, fennel, onion, leek, peppers, aubergines, tomatoes, peas, sugar snaps, celery and salads. Furthermore we take you in the kitchen to experiment with some vegetables that had to be discontinued. We hope you enjoy this week’s episode.
