Orange peels (from 6-10 oranges)
1 liter of aguardente, vodka, or any alcohol over 60%
Sharp knife
Clean glass jar with lid (1-liter)
Strainer or cheesecloth
Spray bottle
Spray directly onto surfaces and wipe clean.
Great for: mirrors, stainless steel, door handles, phones, cutting boards.
Evaporates quickly, no need to rinse!
Chop orange peels into small pieces.
Place them in a clean glass jar.
Pour the alcohol over the peels until submerged.
Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark spot.
Infuse for 3 to 14 days, shaking occasionally.
Strain and pour the infused alcohol into a spray bottle.
Store in a glass spray bottle away from heat or flame.
Lasts up to 6 months.
