  • 1 liter of aguardente, vodka, or any alcohol over 60%

Tools

  • Sharp knife

  • Clean glass jar with lid (1-liter)

  • Strainer or cheesecloth

  • Spray bottle

  • Spray directly onto surfaces and wipe clean.

Directions

Simply follow these steps in order to make range peel cleaner with alcohol:

  1. Chop orange peels into small pieces.

  2. Place them in a clean glass jar.

  3. Pour the alcohol over the peels until submerged.

  4. Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark spot.

  5. Infuse for 3 to 14 days, shaking occasionally.
