  • 6 small beetroots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 big carrot
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 stalks of parsley
  • salt

  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Useful guidelines

When prepping this recipe a bit in advance before serving, add some lemon juice to avoid discoloration. 

Directions

Simply follow these steps in order to make fresh beetroot and apple salad:

Step 1:

Wash the beets, apple and carrot.

Step 2:

Peel the beet roots. If you aren’t using organic apples and carrots, we recommend to peel those as well.

Step 3:

Grate all the ingredients into a bowl.

Step 4:

Chop the parsley finely and add it to the rest of the ingredients.

Step 5:

Add salt and dress with extra virgin olive oil. Then mix everything together.

Storage

Serve fresh.
