"I thoroughly enjoyed my day. I went home excited, motivated and inspired, grateful, relieved and tired! I felt overwhelmed with planning our veggie garden this year. Just too much information which l couldn't confidently combine to create a practical plan. This workshop came up at exactly the right time for me. Our day was spent in a friendly and warm atmosphere, where Sophie and Felipe shared much more than just their knowledge about growing vegetables. We saw the different functional areas that they created in order to present a healthy organic product to their customers. We enjoyed a delicious meal prepared with ingredients from their farm and a practical year plan, with all the relevant information that l can adjust, to use in my garden. So much frustration resolved in just one day. Now, I can do it all at once, knowing for sure what works. This day was absolutely worth it, and I can recommend it to everyone.
