Cancellation Policy for The Farming Chefs Retreats

• Non-Refundable Payments:
  All payments for the retreat are non-refundable. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

• Cooling-Off Period (As per PT Law):
  If you booked online, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under Portuguese law, during which you may cancel for a full refund, provided the retreat start date is not within this 14-day window. Costs of booking will be deducted from the refund (-30 euro)

• Force Majeure:
  In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans), participants will receive credit to reschedule for a future retreat. No cash refunds will be issued.

• Booking Transfers:
  You may transfer your booking to another person up to 7 days before the retreat, with prior written notice.

• Voucher Option:
  If you are unable to attend the retreat and cancel 14 days or more before the start date, you will receive a voucher for the full amount paid, which can be applied to another retreat within 6 months from the original retreat date.

This policy complies with Portuguese consumer protection laws.
