I really enjoyed Sophie and Filipe’s online course. It was fun, entertaining and rich in information. Sophie is a pro and really joyful to watch. I have done short courses before and have done some research myself. When I first signed up for the course I thought it would mostly reaffirm what I already knew, but I was pleasantly surprised to be introduced to a whole lot of new information, new topics and new avenues of interest for me to explore. Whether you know a lot or a little about growing food, gardening and regenerative agriculture, I highly recommend their courses. I really enjoyed it :) and Appreciate knowing that I have a fantastic source of information to go back
