Day 1: Arrival & Connection (24 April)
- Afternoon: Guests arrive, check in, and receive a welcome pack (farm-inspired apron, notebook, and local herbal teas).
- Evening:
- Welcome dinner featuring a tasting menu prepared by the Farming Chefs.
- Brief introduction to regenerative farming and the retreat itinerary.
Day 2: From Soil to Harvest (25 April)
- Morning:
- Sunrise farm tour with Filipe: Understanding soil health, composting, and companion planting.
- Hands-on planting session: Participants plant seasonal crops.
- Afternoon:
- Harvest walk: Collect ingredients for the evening’s meal.
- Free time to explore the farm, relax, or take a walk in the surrounding area.
- Evening:
- Cooking class in the farm kitchen: Learn techniques for turning fresh produce into vibrant dishes.
- Shared meal under the stars, accompanied by local wines and storytelling.
Day 3: Culinary Creativity & Sustainability (26 April)

- Creative garden-to-plate cooking workshop:
- Making homemade condiments, fermenting veggies, and crafting a seasonal tart.
