Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organize meetings, handle correspondence, and help plan events and projects directly onsite.

• Social Media Management support: Create, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Content Creation with Canva: Design visually appealing social media graphics, newsletters, and other marketing materials using Canva.

• Digital Marketing and Video Creation Support: Assist in executing digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, SEO efforts, and website updates.Help capture, edit, and produce videos for social media and the website.

• Project Coordination: Oversee and manage tasks for various onsite projects, ensuring deadlines are met and initiatives are effectively supported.

• Sometimes: Making lunch/ tea and coffee and runing physical errands

Qualifications

• Experience in personal assistance, digital marketing, social media, or content creation are a plus. But if you are in possession of at least a high school degree, have strong linguistic skills (mainly English!) and are motivated, you can also apply!

• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with tools like Imovie or Adobe Creative Suite or video-editing software (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills both written and in person, and a proactive, onsite presence.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing.

• Passion for sustainability, agriculture, or culinary arts is a plus.

• Video Production & Editing: (not required but definitely a bonus)
  
  

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly Gross Salary: €1,237.50

Housing: Small town house at 5 min walking distance from the farm with small office, bedroom, mezzanine, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower, internet, aircondition and fireplace
