What to Expect:
Over two engaging days on our farm, you’ll learn the essentials of making delicious cheeses like ricotta, paneer, and fresh mozzarella. Enjoy practical, hands-on demonstrations guided by professional chefs and regenerative gardeners who will walk you through every step—from milk selection to mastering the curd. Plus, we’ll dive into advanced techniques for aging and storing your cheeses!

Day 2: Mastering Stretching & Advanced Techniques

- Cheese #3: Stretchy Mozzarella—Learn how to heat, stretch, and shape mozzarella for that perfect melt.
